At Henderson Green we do our utmost to look after our staff, as we know that this is the best way to ensure our staff look after our clients and maintain a highly professional service. We encourage and motivate staff to push themselves in order to find out what they are capable of, safe in the knowledge that support is there whenever required, as we believe this is the best way to develop engineers and ensure they reach their full potential.
Training
We invest heavily in training and are fully sponsored Alex to undertake his degree in Building Services Engineering at South Bank University on a day release basis, having supported him through his ONC in the Contruction and Built Environment at the Guernsey College of Further Education. Kieran and Ryan are now following in Alex’s footsteps.
We also support staff to undertake ad-hoc courses on the Channel Islands and in the UK to maintain their CPD.
