We invest heavily in training and are fully sponsored Alex to undertake his degree in Building Services Engineering at South Bank University on a day release basis, having supported him through his ONC in the Contruction and Built Environment at the Guernsey College of Further Education. Kieran and Ryan are now following in Alex’s footsteps.
We also support staff to undertake ad-hoc courses on the Channel Islands and in the UK to maintain their CPD.
